  • Search for an in-network Dentist to maximize your benefit.
  • Out-of-network Dentists will have a higher cost to utilize.
Delta Care HMO Highlights:
  • No annual deductible
  • No annual maximum
  • Up to $1900 in orthodontia benefit allowance

Find an In-Network Dentist

Dental ID card

If you enroll in or change dental plans, you will receive ID cards at your home address. If you keep the same plan, you can continue to use the same ID card.
